Here at our online shop, you will find mainly sleep and lounge wear offerings, as well as some ready-to-wear items.

Shipping Information:
We strive to be as prompt as possible. All orders are turned around within 48 hours, provided the items are in stock and available to ship. In the event that an item is not immediately available, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Exchanges or refunds are gladly offered on all non-sale items returned within 20 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original re-sellable condition with the original tags. Items with noticeable odors or stains will not be accepted. Items returned without tags or with visible wear will incur a 15% restocking fee. Simply stated, our restocking fee is 15% of the original purchase price and this amount will not be refunded on items returned without tags or with visible wear. A thorough inspection of all returned items will take place upon receipt in the boutique and prior to any refund or exchange processing. When refunds are applied to your charge account, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show.
Please note that items purchased at a marked down sale price are final. Special order sales are also final. These items, as well as those specified below in our special note section are not returnable. They will not be accepted for exchange or credit under any circumstances.
Special Note: As specified by the health laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as our own store policies for good health and hygiene, there are no returns of any kind on underpants, lingerie, shape wear or swim wear. Simply stated, this means we do not accept returns on anything with a built-in crotch. No exceptions!
We strive for all shoppers whether to the boutique location or online to feel confident that they are purchasing brand new items that have not been previously owned by anyone else.

If you have an item(s) to return or exchange, we ask that you do the following:
1. Contact the boutique by phone or email to advise us that you will be sending the item(s) back within 20 days of your purchase.
2. We will give you a return authorization number. Please package the item and write the return authorization number on the outside of your package. When you contact us, please specify whether you would like to exchange this item for another or to receive a refund. Refunds will always be credited back to the original method of payment. If the item was a gift from another person, a credit will be issued and delivered to you as a coupon code for your use on this site. Please allow 21 days from the day that you send the package for your exchange to be processed.
